The range of go-karts available there allows you to reach speeds greater than 35 mph. They come in one- or two-seater configurations and powered by Honda engines that produce 6.5 horsepower.

Located in Clio, Michigan, Extreme Indoor Kart Racing boasts a quarter-mile indoor track. The EIKR holds a few special events like the Enduro race, which can last anywhere from 1 to 2 hours.

In Byron Center, Michigan, there is an all-electric go-kart race track called Grand Rapids Grand Prix. This indoor race track was established in 2017, inside a huge hall with a double-decker.

Facilities

The facility has a fleet of electric go-karts from Sodi that are extremely quiet and offer quick acceleration. When you book your racing slots, be sure to reserve them during peak hours. It can sometimes get crowded.

Besides hosting fantastic corporate and group events, the Grand Rapids Grand Prix also offers team-building activities. Additionally, training is available.

Go-Karts

Follow the track marshals and all rules as you would with any go-kart track. You must bring the proper racing equipment if you wish to drive on this track in flip-flops.

There is no division for junior karts at GRGP, as there is an age limit of 14 and up. Keeping kids busy is necessary if you have any. Be sure to have a valid driver’s license with you, as it’s one of the requirements.

The OMP is home to a number of competitive racing events from May to September. The only available go-karts at this location are the ones you bring, as no rentals are available.
